Strategi Solutions Group celebrates its third birthday today – three years in which it has redrawn the blueprint for the successful delivery of a huge array of services to the modern business world.
Strategi, which has seen rapid growth since its inception, now employs in excess of 20 staff, offering a wide range of services, including HR, learning and development, training, marketing, PR, design, and health, safety and environmental consultancy.
Currently, nominated as a finalist in the Employer of the Year category at 2018’s Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce Awards, we are now looking forward to many more years delivering our unique knowledge and expertise to a growing variety of clients.
“It seems only yesterday when we set off on the Strategi journey,” says managing director Wendy Dean, recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at Signal One’s prestigious Inspiration in Business Awards, “and now here we are, three years on, working with the most highly-regarded and forward-thinking businesses in the region.
“I take great pride in knowing that Strategi has spent that time using its expertise to deliver positive and tangible results to a wide array of businesses and clients.”
Our original vision was to help businesses develop through delivering culture change programmes and increasing employee engagement. Early on, this expanded to include people development and human resource outsourcing, diversifying into new areas such as marketing and design, recruitment, learning and development, and training. To reflect this growth, the company rebranded from Strategi HR to Strategi Solutions Group, relocating to The Brampton, in Newcastle, in 2016 to accommodate an ever-expanding team.
“Strategi was set up to address the needs of the modern business community,” says Wendy, “and I am pleased we have done so in so many different ways – and are still expanding.
