Developing Effective Workplace Relations


People at work need to be able to work to their best ability and often poor relationships in the team or with a manager can leave people feeling despondent, undervalued and demotivated. The role of the line manager in setting the right expectations and opportunities is essential in overcoming barriers to good relationships at work. This one-day course helps first-line managers, either those new to the position or those who would like an opportunity to reflect and review their approach, to consider and practice skills and techniques that help them develop more effective relationships with, and between, the people they manage.
